Baseline & Variance

Define a baseline loadout per truck type (e.g. "Main van — HWS kit")
Daily variance report: truck X is missing 3 × 1/2" copper elbows
Flags patterns over time: certain parts always walk off certain trucks
Restock recommendations pushed to the Warehousing pillar

Workflow

Start-of-day check-in: scan or tap to confirm loadout
End-of-day check-out: log parts used + tools still on-board
